One of the biggest triggers for endo pain is stress. I’ve felt this in my own experience, with my clients, and among many of you in Peace with Endo community. While it’s impossible to eliminate all the stress from your life, it helps to find ways to manage it.
Episode twelve of the Peace with Endo Podcast features a chat I had with fellow endo sister Andrea Huggins from The Holistic Healing Hub in Australia.
After having multiple surgeries, trying numerous medications, hands on therapies and eventually a hysterectomy, Andrea finally found relief when she started to meditate.
Andrea shares more about how meditation calms your body’s stress response and how it can bring many benefits to your life with endo and chronic pain.
