There are many emotions that come up when dealing with a chronic illness like endometriosis. One great lesson I’ve learned since digging deeper into these emotional components is that you have to feel to heal.

I know that’s not always easy when these emotions may be heavy. When you live with an unpredictable invisible illness it’s common to experience feelings of anxiety or stress.

Episode 17 of the Peace with Endo Podcast features a chat I had with Jewell Siebert, a fellow author in the collaborative book we did together called, Women Who Inspire.

She offers some great advice on how to manage every day frustrations or stress with the use of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or what’s commonly called tapping. (Click here for a full visual of the different tapping areas.)
