Episode 20 of the Peace with Endo Podcast features a chat I had with fellow endo sister Laura McKnight from Easing Endo. She has managed to ease the symptoms from endometriosis and IBS through the use of natural methods.
She shares what has worked for her, and how to manage making changes when it feels difficult and overwhelming.

About Laura McKnight
Laura suffered from endometriosis since she was 13, and after years of debilitating pain, endless painkillers, and being on the pill, she thought there must be a better way, which lead her towards the natural health field.
Over the last few years she has reduced most of the pain and IBS symptoms through natural remedies (and a LOT of trial and error). She got herself 80% of the way there, and the final piece of the puzzle was finding a supportive wellness team, including a naturopath, acupuncturist, and a doctor who actually listens and supports alternative methods.
She now lives (mostly pain-free) by the beach in Torquay, Australia with her husband Kieran, her dog Tashi, and her cats, Kit and Jinx. She works in web-development by day, and in her free time she’s working on building a website to help other endo-warriors ease their own symptoms.
