Episode 25 of the Peace with Endo Podcast features a chat I had with fellow endo sister, Kimberly Castello. She’s a certified yoga therapist and wellness consultant.

I related so much to Kimberly’s story of burn out and her natural type A, perfectionist personality. She was led to yoga after her health crashed, but in a new way. It wasn’t about the postures. It was about the breath and ultimately the relationship she found with herself.

She shares some great tips for using your breath to manage pain, stress and the patterns that can show up with giving more than you receive.
