As women we are natural givers, but how often do you take time to receive? How often do you carve out time to simply be? Meditation creates space for that.
Benefits of Meditation
My life changed for the better when I made meditation a part of my regular routine. With focused breath work I’ve been able to reduce pain and stress. It’s helped me become more aware of the workings of my mind space.
When you allow stillness, you hold space to listen to that intuitive voice inside, to the higher part of your Self that’s directly connected to a great divine energy of love & peace.
When you meditate you raise your vibration. This is even more powerful in a group setting. It’s not just you that benefits, those around you will too. Together we’ll positively impact the collective consciousness.

I’d like to officially invite you to the month of meditation.
I’m hosting four weekly live group meditation sessions in which I’ll provide guided breath work and visualization.
Each week we’ll explore one of the lower “body” chakras that are most readily impacted by endo: root, sacral, and solar plexus.
We’ll spend our final week in the heart space where the physical and spiritual parts of your being intertwine.
The calls will be held over Zoom, which allows access via the Internet or your phone and should be around 30 minutes long.
